Everything Cat does can be replicated in the comfort of your own home
The Wilderness Workouts comprise 4 live classes per week, (also streamed), and one online (Freestyle Fitness Yoga), so multi disciplined and working in all planes. We'd encourage you to try them all. Working across the board like this ("cross training"), is ultimately the best training you can get - because not only will you get stronger, leaner, improve your endurance and stamina but you will also get flexible so your muscles don’t become bound and tight. Our sessions are suitable to be done from home and require no equipment to participate (if so we specify)

I love doing Cats superb online classes as I can fit my exercise much easier into the day. With a Club timetable, I'd sometimes struggle due to work commitments, but now I can do a class BEFORE work in the morning and anytime over the weekend. Brilliant!
