Everything Cat does can be replicated in the comfort of your own home
The Wilderness Workouts comprises of 7 live stream classes per week, multi disciplined and working in all planes. We'd encourage you to try them all. Working across the board like this is called "cross training" and ultimately its the best training you can get - because not only will you get stronger, leaner, improve your endurance and stamina but you will also get flexible so your muscles don’t become bound and tight. Our sessions are suitable to be done from home and require no equipment to participate.
